LAIKO TERPĖ – cosy attic spaces in Kaunas Town Hall Square, ideal for a variety of activities, meetings and celebrations. Here you’ll find a bright 61 m² studio, 12 and 15 m² meeting rooms, and a 7 m² space called ATSPINDYS, dedicated to mirror, light and sound installations. Wooden beams, natural light and views of Town Hall Square and the Archcathedral Basilica through the windows allow you to soak up the atmosphere of the Old Town. The spaces can be hired for one-off or regular events. Hiring terms and conditions are agreed on a case-by-case basis, whilst respecting the peace and quiet of local residents and the neighbourhood.

Rules
• The venues are used for pre-agreed activities, in accordance with the agreed number of participants. • We respect the peace and quiet of those living and working in the neighbourhood: the volume of music and activities must not disturb the neighbours. The nature of the event and its finishing time are agreed upon before the booking is confirmed. • The booking time includes preparation, decoration and tidying up. Please vacate the venue at the agreed time. • Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted on the premises. Open flames and fireworks are not permitted. • Rearranging furniture, attaching decorations and using equipment must be agreed in advance. Please return the furniture to its agreed locations after the event. • Bringing food, drinks and animals must be agreed before booking. • Accompanying adults or the event organisers are responsible for supervising children. • Please take care of the premises, mirrors and equipment, and report any damage or faults immediately. • When leaving, please collect your belongings, any leftover food and rubbish, switch off any equipment used and close the windows. • Only the spaces agreed upon in the booking may be used. The use of the rooms and ATSPINDŽIO must be arranged separately.
